Chogan is a global business, and all orders are dispatched directly from Chougan Group central warehouse in Italy. Understanding the logistics process is key to keeping Your customers happy and Your business stress-free.
Standard Delivery: For most European countries, the typical delivery time is 5–8 business days. But you can see full Shipping info here: Chogan delivery times.
Processing Time: Please allow 1 – 2 business days for the Chogan warehouse to prepare and pack Your order before it is handed over to the courier.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or major product launches, shipping may take slightly longer. Always manage Your customers’ expectations by mentioning the 1 week window.
You don’t need to ask Your sponsor for updates. You have all the tools in Your backoffice.
Order History: Go to “Backoffice” > “Orders” > “My Orders” in Chogan website when you are Loged in. Below I have attached screenshots showing how to find the Orders section in Chogan Backoffice.
Tracking Number: Once the status changes to “Shipped,” a tracking link will appear.
The “Black Hole” Period: Often, the tracking status won’t update for the first 48 hours while the parcel is in transit between Italy and Your local sorting center. This is normal!
Know the Thresholds: Every country has different shipping rates and “Free Shipping” limits based on the point value (PP) or order total.
Maximize Your Orders: Encourage Your team to cumulative orders together to reach the free shipping threshold and increase Your overall profit.

When a customer asks, “Where is my Chogan order?“, use a professional script:
“Your order was dispatched from our Italian warehouse on [Date]. It usually takes about 5 – 8 business days to arrive. I am monitoring the tracking for you, and it is currently on its way!”

When you place an order for a customer, send them a quick message: “Exciting news! Your order has been placed. Since it’s coming straight from the Chogan warehouse in Italy, we should see it at your door in about a week. I’ll keep you posted!” This builds trust and shows Your professionalism.
