It is a natural reservoir of carotene and flavonoids, walnut shell reacts with keratin, which is naturally found in the epidermis, forming a brown pigment complex. On the other hand, St. John’s wort proves to be very effective in helping to obtain a golden tan and does not cause damage to the skin, thanks to the special emollient properties of this substance.
