1.7. Chogan Guidelines
As an independent partner, you do not enter into any obligations or contracts.
There are just a few guidelines you need to follow.
DO'S:
- Share Chogan products on your own social networks.
- Stick to the prices set by Chogan.
- Make it clear that the products do not prevent or cure any diseases or similar.
- Be a good sponsor - make sure your team partners get off to a good start: ONBOARDING!
- Explain the Dropbox & contents, Whatsapp chats, CHOGAN app (notice board, ticket system), as well as Essence Tribe on Instagram.
- Always communicate the approximate delivery time to your customers.
- Show your journey with CHOGAN & promote your business.
- Contact your local Chamber of Commerce advisory office for information on taxes and additional income limits.
DON’TS:
- Do not sell products on virtual marketplaces (Instagram/ Facebook Shop, eBay, etc.)
- Do not share false and/or unofficial information.
- Do not create your own Chogan website.
- Do not use branded bottles or mention brand names in your flyers, stories or post.
- Do not do your own promotions, only use official CHOGAN advertising.
- Do not advertise your profit on social media.
- (Mass) spam messages to unknown people are not allowed.
- Don’t overload your social media channels with CHOGAN products; incorporate them into your everyday life.
- Do not create your own social media profiles, such as @chogan.PLACE, @chogan.COUNTRY, @choganbyYOURNAME etc.
- Communicate with Upline Manager using ET Logo.
- Trade fairs, stands, etc. must always be discussed with the Upline Manager/CHOGAN.
Your sponsor is always your first point of contact. If you have any serious difficulties, please contact the manager of your structure. Here are some important points
