Lesson 1.4: Chogan Returns & Claims

What should you do if Chogan product arrives damaged or an item is missing? In business, how you handle problems defines Your professionalism. This lesson covers the exact steps to handle returns and claims through the official Chogan ticket system.

1. How to Submit a "Ticket" (The Support System)

You don’t need to call anyone. Everything is handled digitally through the Support section in Your backoffice.  You also don’t need to ask your mentor, because your mentor won’t be able to help you with the return of the goods unless he is at the Chogan warehouse in Italy 🙂 To request a product exchange, you need to contact the Chogan support system, which is built into your backoffice.

Step 1: Log in in your Backoffice and find the “Support” > “Ticket support” section in Chogan Backoffice.

Step 2: Press “New ticket”

Step 3: Choose the correct category and Topic (e.g., “Damaged Goods” or “Missing Items”) and Your order.

Step 4: Write a brief message in English explaining the problem.

Step 5: Attach your photos or videos as evidenceand submit.

2. What to Expect Next

Review Period: Chogan’s support team usually reviews tickets within 2 – 4 business days.

Resolution: Once approved, they will either ship a replacement or credit the amount back to Your Chogan wallet.

This way you can kill 2 birds with one stone – you will have a video for social networks, and if something goes wrong with the order, you have video proof.
